The board of directors of Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of USD 0.275 per share. The resolution has been made by use of the authorisation granted by the Company's annual general meeting on 22 May 2024.

Announced currency: USD. The distribution will be made in NOK

Ex-date: 9 August 2024

Record date: 12 August 2024

Payment date: on or about 15 August 2024
